Day 13: The mindfullness method


My internet connection died yesterday which means that I had one of the most productive days ever.I started reading “The mindful method out of depression” – a really good book. I may have the perfect antidote to my depression issues in this. It surprises me how much of all my reading nowadays, be it the Gita, Stephen Covey or this one – all seem to talk about the same thing. Perhaps the world is finally waking up after decades of useless quick fix method to the address the root of all issues – and in doing so, rediscovering the Gita all over again…
